This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Terra Verd LLC, doing business as Hi From Business Camp® ("HFBC," "we," "us," or "the Company").
By creating an account, completing payment, checking an acceptance box, or accessing HFBC membership services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your participation in the HFBC membership program, including access to educational materials, digital resources, Cabin accountability spaces, and related membership benefits.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join HFBC membership. By joining, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2) Nature of the Program
HFBC provides educational membership services grounded in behavioral science research. Membership may include access to educational resources, written materials, reflection exercises, assessments and quizzes, guided practices, audio resources, frameworks, templates, accountability tools, and Cabin participation.
HFBC is educational in nature and is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, medical care, healthcare services, or crisis intervention. No HFBC content, assessment, quiz, reflection exercise, Cabin interaction, facilitator interaction, or membership resource creates a therapist-client, physician-patient, counselor-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or psychological support, you should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional or emergency services.
3) Educational Assessments and Self-Reflection Tools
HFBC may provide quizzes, assessments, reflection exercises, worksheets, and other self-guided tools designed to support awareness, learning, and personal reflection. These tools are educational resources only and are not diagnostic instruments. HFBC assessments are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, psychological, or mental health condition.
Your results, reflections, and participation are based on information you provide and should not be interpreted as professional advice or clinical evaluation. You are responsible for determining whether participation in any exercise, practice, or activity is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
4) Membership Access and Digital Materials
HFBC membership provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access HFBC membership services and materials during your active membership period, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: share your account credentials; allow another person to access your account; copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or publicly share HFBC materials; use HFBC materials, frameworks, methodologies, or systems to create a competing product or commercial offering; or reverse engineer or replicate HFBC's membership systems or proprietary processes.
HFBC may update, modify, add, replace, or remove membership resources, materials, features, or functionality at any time. HFBC does not guarantee that any specific content or feature will remain available indefinitely.
5) Cabin Participation and Community Conduct
As part of HFBC membership, you may have access to a private member accountability space ("Cabin"). Cabins support reflection, accountability, and consistency through weekly participation practices. Cabins are suggested based on your HFBC assessment results. You may retake the assessment and request a different Cabin when your next billing cycle begins.
Cabins are private accountability spaces accessible only to assigned members. Cabins are not therapy groups, support groups, coaching environments, clinical settings, or confidential professional relationships. HFBC facilitators are not acting as therapists, medical providers, licensed counselors, or professional advisors.
HFBC cannot guarantee that information shared within a Cabin will remain confidential.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, discriminate against, intimidate, or intentionally harm another member; share another member's personal information outside the Cabin without permission; use Cabins for solicitation, spam, advertising, or unrelated commercial activity; provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice to other members; impersonate another person; upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content; or intentionally disrupt the accountability experience for other members.
HFBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, restrict Cabin access, remove a member from a Cabin, suspend membership access, or terminate membership. Membership termination due to violation of these terms does not entitle the member to a refund.
6) Intellectual Property and Content Use
All HFBC materials, including written content, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, quizzes, worksheets, templates, guides, audio recordings, videos, graphics, downloads, platform features, and educational resources ("HFBC Materials"), are owned exclusively by Terra Verd LLC or licensed to HFBC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not: reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit HFBC Materials; use HFBC Materials or methodologies to provide coaching, consulting, training, education, or other commercial services without written permission from HFBC; or claim ownership of HFBC Materials, frameworks, concepts, systems, or methodologies.
7) Payment, Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds
HFBC offers the following membership options:
Monthly Membership: $29 USD per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Annual Membership: $290 USD, billed as a one time payment for twelve (12) months of access. Annual memberships do not automatically renew.
Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting HFBC. Cancellation prevents future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of that billing period.
If a recurring monthly payment cannot be processed, HFBC will provide a seven (7) day grace period during which you may update your payment method or resolve the failed payment. If payment is not successfully received within the grace period, HFBC may suspend or terminate your access to membership benefits until payment is received.
Annual Membership
Annual membership is a one time purchase that provides twelve (12) months of access beginning on the date of purchase. Annual memberships do not renew automatically.
At the end of the twelve month membership period, your access will expire unless you choose to purchase a new membership.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable once access to the membership has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Pricing Changes
HFBC reserves the right to modify membership pricing for future purchases or future monthly renewal periods. Any pricing changes will not affect the remainder of your current paid membership period and will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where applicable.
8) Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third party payment processors, including Stripe, Inc. Terra Verd LLC does not store complete payment card information. Terra Verd LLC retains only information necessary to administer membership, including billing status, subscription type, payment history, and renewal information.
9) Assumption of Risk
HFBC materials may include self reflection exercises, journaling prompts, guided practices, and educational discussions. Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge that personal reflection may result in different emotional experiences for different individuals. HFBC cannot predict or control your individual response to any exercise, prompt, discussion, or resource. You may discontinue participation in any activity at any time.
10) No Professional Advice
Nothing provided through HFBC constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, business, or other professional advice. Any decisions you make based on HFBC materials are your own responsibility.
11) No Guarantees
HFBC does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, health, productivity, business, financial, or other outcome from participation. Results vary based on individual circumstances, actions, consistency, and factors outside HFBC's control.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Verd LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, facilitators, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in HFBC membership, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, reputation, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Verd LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Terra Verd LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terra Verd LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement, your misuse of HFBC Materials, your violation of applicable law, or your conduct within HFBC membership spaces.
14) Termination
Terra Verd LLC may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate this Agreement, misuse HFBC Materials, engage in harmful or disruptive conduct, violate Cabin participation rules, or interfere with another member's experience. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact HFBC and attempt to resolve the matter informally in good faith.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Texas unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved individually and not through class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16) Changes to This Agreement
HFBC may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, including email or membership platform notifications. Your continued use of HFBC membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
17) Privacy Policy
Your use of HFBC membership is also subject to HFBC's Privacy Policy, which describes how HFBC collects, uses, stores, and protects member information.
18) Entire Agreement; Severability
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Terra Verd LLC regarding your HFBC membership and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
